A dedicated “loud” playground has been planned outside the courtyards to enhance resident comfort. The below-ground floor of the buildings will accommodate garages, parking platforms, storage facilities, and tenant cellars. The project will also feature additional outdoor parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations for added convenience.

The first phase of the development will comprise a seven-floor building housing 376 apartments. Ranging from 33 to 95 sqm, the units will offer versatile floor plans with varying configurations, including from 1 to 5 rooms. One of the hallmarks of this structure will be its expansive windows, designed to provide interiors with abundance of natural light. The finishing of facades will be kept in subdued and contemporary hues of beige, grey, and white.
