Krakowska Vita is a residential development with 264 units, located on Aleja Krakowska, just 6 km from the very center of Warsaw. Just a few minutes’ walk from the development are three parks, including Szczęśliwicki Park, and right behind the development, to the west, is a public recreational area with a playground, an outdoor gym, and a parkour course.
The area features numerous stores, restaurants, and service establishments, as well as schools, preschools, and a library; and within walking distance of the development are tram, bus, and SKM stops.
The project consists of two buildings arranged in a cascading layout, ranging from 4 to 6 stories. A total of 264 residential units (111 in Phase 1 and 153 in Phase 2) and one commercial unit will be built in two construction phases. The apartments will range in size from 34 to 115 square meters and feature functional layouts, as well as above-standard ceiling heights of 2.7 meters. The offerings include studio apartments, popular two-bedroom units, and larger five-bedroom units exceeding 100 square meters.

Right next to the property, there is also a new municipal playground, designed for children of various ages.

The location of the Krakowska Vita development in the Włochy district offers a range of benefits—from access to a variety of amenities to easy access to the city center and other districts of the capital. The project is located in the Raków urban area, very close to the Ochota district. It is the perfect choice for people who value city life and want to take advantage of all it has to offer.
