The common areas of Lumea 3 and Lumea 6 have been designed with attention to every detail to create an elegant and welcoming space. Stairwell entrances will be enhanced with large wall mirrors to add depth to the interiors. Subtle colour schemes and consistent floor and apartment number signage will be complemented by LED-lit trims highlighting door portals. The estate will also feature eco-friendly solutions: photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of Lumea 6, and both stages will include a charging station for electric cars. 

Bemowo is a district with a well-developed urban infrastructure. Shops, restaurants, service points, and educational institutions are all within easy reach, and the local offering continues to grow. Chrzanów is attracting increasing interest from homebuyers, thanks in part to the extension of the second metro line. In 2026, the new Chrzanów metro station is planned to open near Lumea Estate. Additionally, the proximity of the S8 expressway will make weekend getaways outside the city more convenient. A new primary school has also been built right next to the development, with its opening planned for September 2025.

The estate’s location offers excellent opportunities for active leisure. Górczewska Park is just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away.
