Develia is currently developing its new residential project, WUWA Vita, situated on Tadeusza Brzozy Street in the Żerniki district of Wrocław. Nestled in a verdant locale, it harmoniously integrates with the overarching vision of the WUWA 2/Nowe Żerniki housing estate, drawing inspiration from the 1929 Silesian avant-garde architects. A total of five buildings will be erected in two phases. Commencing construction in February 2024, the first phase of the project will provide 164 well-planned and functional apartments. Two buildings have been designed to incorporate 13 commercial units, accommodating a variety of retail outlets.
Each apartment, depending on the floor, will feature either a spacious balcony with a screen, a terrace, or a private garden. Large windows will ensure excellent interior lighting. A total of 185 parking spaces, including designated spots for individuals with disabilities, will be available across two garage halls situated on levels -1 and 0. Above-ground parking spaces will be available throughout the WUWA 2 estate. Additionally, a designated bike room will be provided at each building entrance, and residents will have access to storage units.
WUWA Vita – All-Inclusive Comfort
WUWA Vita is being developed within the model Nowe Żerniki (WUWA 2) housing estate, which has been implemented since 2013 by the City of Wrocław in cooperation with leading architects and developers. The estate was inspired by the 1929 WuWa (Wohnung und Werkraumausstellung) initiative, an exhibition comprising a major showcase and a model housing estate built in the area of Zielonego Dębu Street, which proved to be one of the most interesting and successful architectural projects of the last century.
WUWA Vita is one of many residential investments in Wrocław that offer modern architectural solutions and a convenient location. The development, located on Kosmonautów Street near the Tarczyński Arena stadium, provides excellent access to other parts of Wrocław, thanks in part to its proximity to the city’s ring road. Numerous bus and tram lines are available in the area, providing convenient access to the city center. In the future, quick access from the development will be ensured by Aleja Architektów, which Develia will modernize—along with the cross streets and Scharoun Square—as part of the ongoing project. The Wrocław Żerniki train station and the airport are also nearby.
WUWA Vita will also offer a rich array of educational, cultural, service, commercial, healthcare, and recreational facilities, which will not only meet residents’ needs but also foster social integration. The planned school and preschool complex and community center located within WUWA 2 will provide excellent amenities for families and those interested in culture. In turn, the abundance of green spaces and recreational areas—such as the nearby Glinianki with its city beach, Sharouna Square (developed as part of the participatory budgeting initiative), and the nearby Kuźnicki Forest, Pilczycki Park, and stadium—provide excellent conditions for relaxation and sports activities for people of all ages.
