Develia is currently developing its new residential project, WUWA Vita, situated on Tadeusza Brzozy Street in the Żerniki district of Wrocław. Nestled in a verdant locale, it harmoniously integrates with the overarching vision of the WUWA 2/Nowe Żerniki housing estate, drawing inspiration from the 1929 Silesian avant-garde architects. A total of 185 parking spaces, including designated spots for individuals with disabilities, will be available across two garage halls situated on levels -1 and 0. Above-ground parking spaces will be available throughout the WUWA 2 estate. Additionally, a designated bike room will be provided at each building entrance, and residents will have access to storage units.
