The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 12 December 2023, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Develia Warszawa spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Wrocław, as the purchaser, has entered into a sales agreement in the form of a notarial deed, under which the right of perpetual usufruct to a parcel of land situated in Warsaw at ul. Oliwska 11, a plot of land no. 83/59, precinct 4-08-21 Targówek, having an area of 1.0042 ha, has been purchased for a total net price of PLN 34,450,000.00, plus Value Added Tax (VAT) due and payable, i.e. PLN 42,373,500.00 gross, from an entity, as the seller, which has not been related to the Issuer.
The Company intends to use the above real property for an investment project with approx. 201 residential premises to be built as multi-family development. It is envisaged that sales for this investment project will commence in Q2 2024.
This report has been published due to the fact that the event in question is of relevance to the Company’s business.
According to the Issuer, this Current Report constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the MAR.
