Acquisition of Real Property by Issuer’s Subsidiary
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
With reference to Current Report No. 54/2024 of 09/08/2024, the Management Board of DEVELIA S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 17 September 2024, an Issuer’s subsidiary, Develia Wrocław S.A., based in Wrocław, as the purchaser, entered into a sales agreement in the form of a notarial deed under which the ownership of an undeveloped land property located in Wrocław at Podhalańska street – plots no. 131/2, 129/2, 130/2, 260/4, AM-8, Złotniki precinct, having an area of 16,700 sq. m, hereinafter called: the Real Property, was purchased from Wrocław Commune, i.e. an entity which was not related to the Issuer, for a net price of 19,450,000.00 plus value added tax, namely PLN 23,923,500.00 gross.
The Company intends to use the above real property for an investment project with approx. 226 residential premises to be built as multi-family development. It is envisaged that sales for this investment project will commence in Q1 (first quarter) 2026.
This report has been published due to the fact that the event in question is of relevance to the Company’s business.
According to the Issuer, this Current Report constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the MAR.
