Adoption by the Supervisory Board of a uniform wording of the Company’s Articles of Association
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the"Issuer") informs that on 11 March 2016, pursuant to the authorisation granted in Resolution No. 3 by the Extraordinary Shareholder’s Meeting dated 20 January 2016, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board adopted the uniform wording of the Company's Articles of Association.
The uniform wordking of the Articles of Association of LC Corp S.A. constitutes an appendix to this report.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539 of 2005, as amended) in connection with § 38.1.2b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259).
