Assimilation of K Series Shares with Other Company’s GPW-Listed Shares

With reference to Current Report No. 8/2024 of 05 February 2024, the Management Board of Develia S.A. inform that today they have learned that a statement of 06 February 2024 was issued by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) on the assimilation, on 09 February 2024, of 4,721,888 the Company’s ordinary shares assigned by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. a code: “PLLCCRP00199”, with the Company’s originally issued and quoted shares which were assigned a code: “PLLCCRP00017”.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (consolidated text of Dz.U. 2022.2554) in connection with Section 17(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent of 29 March 2018.
