The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. ("the Issuer"), hereby reports that the consolidated quarterly report of LC Corp S.A. for the third quarter of 2010, scheduled for publication on November 12th 2010 (Current Report No. 4/2010 of January 22nd 2010), will be disclosed on November 10th 2010.

Art. 103.2 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
