Change of Issuer’s Registered Office Address

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that on 22 March 2024 they adopted a resolution on the change of the Company’s registered office address, pursuant to which the previous registered office address, namely: ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4, 53-333 Wrocław, will change on 01 April 2024 and be as follows: ul. Gen. Romualda Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław.

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dz. U. 2022.2554 of 2022) in connection with Section 5(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent of 29 March 2018 (Dz. U. 2018, item 757).
