Change of the publication date of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2023
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Public Offering Act – current and interim information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”), referring to Current Report No. 6/2023 of 30 January 2023, informs that the publication date of the consolidated semi-annual report of the Issuer for the first half year of 2023 has changed. The publication date indicated in Current Report No. 6/2023 was 13 September 2023. The new semi-annual report publication date will be 29 September 2023.
Other publication dates of interim reports in 2023 remain unchanged.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Public Offering, Conditions Governing Admission of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Dz.U. (Journal of Laws) No. 184, item 1539 of 2005, as amended) in connection with Article 80 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 concerning current and interim reporting by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions of harmonisation of the information required under regulations applicable in non-member states.
