Changes in the composition of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the “Issuer") informs that on 11 March 2016 a meeting of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board was held at which the members of the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution concerning the appointment of Mr Jakub Malski as the First Vice-President of the Issuer's Management Board, effective on 12 March 2016.
Prior to the adoption of the above-mentioned resolution, Mr Jakub Malski submitted his resignation from the function of a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board with the legal effect upon his appointment as a member of the Issuer's Management Board.
Mr Jakub Malski is a graduate of the University of Wrocław. In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration. In 1997 the obtained the title of legal counsel. Between 1992 and 1994 he was employed at Dolnośląski Bank Gospodarczy S.A., and subsequently at "Cukrobank" S.A. In 1995 Mr Malski served as the Vice-President of the Management Board of "Polbank" S.A. From September 1995 to 2004 he was the Vice-President of the Management Board of Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. Between 2004 and 2008 Mr Malski held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Getin Bank S.A. (formerly GBG S.A. ). Between 2010 and 2012 he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Idea Bank S.A. Currently he works at Geting Holding S.A. and Getin Noble Bank S.A. (as a proxy).
The functions currently held by Mr Malski: Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Expert S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Money S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Fleet S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Leasing S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board of MWT S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Bank Ukraine, Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Bank Belarus, from 2014, Member of the Supervisory Board of LC Corp S.A.
Mr Jakub Malski does not conduct a competitive activity towards the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a corporation, he does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its body, and is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
