Conditional Registration of P2022A Series Bonds in KDPW
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
With reference to the Current Report no. 60/2022 of 24 November 2022, the Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Company”) hereby inform that on 08 December 2022 Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland), based in Warsaw (“KDPW”), made a statement on entering with the Company into an agreement under which not more than 20,000 (say: twenty thousand) P2022A series ordinary bearer bonds issued by the Company and having the nominal value of PLN 1,000 (say: one thousand) each and the total nominal value of PLN 20,000,000 (say: twenty million zlotys) will be registered in the securities depository, to which the following ISIN code has been assigned: PLLCCRP00181 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds will be registered in the securities depository maintained by KDPW, provided that they are admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
