Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies for Three Quarters of 2023

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by companies of the Develia Group for three quarters of 2023:
I. The three quarters of 2023 saw the sale of 2,060 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy), and retail premises (for three quarters of 2022, it was 1,225 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, Develia Group Companies entered into 268 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be disclosed in the result for the three quarters of 2,023 – 1,298 (for three quarters of 2023 – 626).
