Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies in 2022
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by Develia Group companies in 2022:
I. 2022 saw the sale of 1,634 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; in 2021, it was – 1,921), excluding agreements terminated.Furthermore, 95 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in near future were concluded.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be disclosed in the 2022 result – 2,016 (in 2021 – 1,903).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
This information, according to the Issuer’s Management Board, constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
