Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies in Q1 2024

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by Develia Group companies in Q1 2024:
I. Q1 2024 saw the sale of 1,038 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds excluding agreements terminated (in Q1 2023, it was 533 units).
Furthermore, Develia Group companies entered into 417 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be recognised in the results for Q1 2024 – 598 (in Q1 2022 – 441).
