Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by LC Corp Group Companies in Three Quarters of 2018
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - Inside Information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs about premises sold and delivered by companies of the LC Corp Group in three quarters of 2018:
1) During the three quarters of 2018, 1,397 premises were sold under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial acts (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; during the three quarters of 2017, it was – 1,429 premises) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, 80 reservation agreements were concluded, which are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
2) Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be recognised in the results for the three quarters of 2018 – 1,653 (for the three quarters of 2017 – 1,515).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
