Legal basis: Art. 56.1.1 of the Act on Public Offering – confidential information

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) hereby reports that today it received a notification from Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. (“Aviva OFE”), in which Aviva OFE reported of its holdings of LC Corp S.A. shares at the end of 2009. According to the notification, Aviva OFER held 55,000,000 shares of the Issuer at the end of 2009. This represented 12.29% of the Issuer’s share capital and carried 55,000,000 (12.29%) of votes at the Issuer’s GM.
