Information on the number of premises sold and handed over by the Develia Group companies in H1 2024

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) provides the information on the number of premises sold and handed over by the Develia Group companies in H1 2024:
I. Sales of premises in H1 2024 amounted to 1949 – based on notarised developer and preliminary agreements (in the case of residential premises, upon obtaining occupancy permit and commercial premises; in H1 2023 – 1184) less terminated agreements.
In addition, the Develia Group companies have 235 contracts for reservation of premises in place, the transformation of which into developer agreements is assumed for the next period.
II. Handovers (final sales agreements) to be recognised in the results for H1 2024 – 1,057 (H1 2023 – 666).
This information, according to the Issuer’s Management Board, constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
