The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that today, i.e. 11/10/2024, they received from Andrzej Oślizło – President of the Management Board – as a person discharging managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, notification on the transaction of subscription for series K shares of the Issuer.
