The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 18/12/2023, they received from Paweł Ruszczak, as a person discharging the Issuer’s managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, a corrected notification of 13/12/2023 relating to the transaction under which the Issuer’s K series shares were taken up, which was published in Current Report of 13/12/2023.
