The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 13/12/2023, they received from Paweł Ruszczak, as a person discharging the Issuer’s managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, notification of a transaction related to taking up the Issuer’s K series shares.
