The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that on 18/12/2023 they received from Mariusz Poławski, as a person discharging the Issuer’s managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, a corrected notification of 17/12/2023 relating to the transaction under which the Issuer’s K series shares were taken up, which was published in Current Report No. 66/2023 of 18/12/2023.
