The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 05/10/2023, they received, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, notification from Andrzej Oślizło, being a person discharging managerial responsibilities, of a transaction relating to the acquisition of the Issuer’s A series subscription warrants.
