Information on transactions on financial instruments of the Issuer received under art. 19 MAR

Board of LC Corp S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on 27 December 2016, it received from BPI Bank Polskich Inwestycji Spółka Akcyjna, being a body closely connected to the member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, Mr Leszek Czarnecki, notification under art. 19 (1) of the MAR Resolution on transaction of purchase of Issuer's bonds of 23 December 2016.
