(the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 02/08/2024, they received from Endurance Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji as a person closely related to Paweł Ruszczak who is a person discharging managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, notification of transactions related to shares.
