The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. 15/02/2024, they received from Paweł Ruszczak, as a person discharging managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR, notification of transactions related to shares.

The whole text of the notification is enclosed with this Report as an attachment.
