Registration of Develia S.A. bearer bonds in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych

With reference to the Current Report no 34/2024 of 9 May 2024, the Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) inform that they received today, i.e. on 21 May 2024, from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) information about giving a notice no. 369/2024 of 21 May 2024 of the registration in the securities depository of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) DVL0528OZ10 series bonds having par value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand zloty) each, which were issued on 9 May 2024. The aforesaid bonds were marked with the following code: ISIN PLO112300077.
