The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Issuer”) inform that today, i.e. on 16/01/2024, they have received a statement from Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (KDPW) (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) that an agreement was made with the Issuer on 16/01/2024 to register with KDPW not more than 4,721,888 K series shares having the following ISIN: PLLCCRP00199.
Legal basis: Section 17(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent of 29 March 2018.
