Registration of LC Corp S.A. Bearer Bonds by National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that – with reference to Current Report No. 35/2013 of 32 November 2013 – it received Resolution No. 947/13 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities, adopted on 6 December 2013, concerning acceptance to the depository for securities of 500 (five hundred) Series LCC003301018 bearer bonds of LC Corp S.A. with the par value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zloty) each, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1 of the Company’s Management Board of 26 July 2007 and amended in Resolution No. 1 of the Company’s Management Board of 27 July 2007, and pursuant to Resolution No. 20/2013 of the Company’s Management Board of 30 October 2013 and assignment of code PLLCCRP00058 to the Bonds (the “Bonds”), provided that the Bonds are introduced to an alternative trading system.

The Bonds will be registered in the depository for securities within 3 days from the date the National Depository for Securities has received documents confirming introduction of the Bonds to an alternative trading system.

U. of 2005, No. 184, item 1539, as amended), pursuant to Art. 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. No. 33, item 259 as amended).
