Schedule for Publication of Periodic Reports in 2010
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) hereby presents the schedule for publication of periodic reports in 2010.
- Consolidated and non-consolidated annual report for 2009 – March 22nd 2010
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2010 – May 14th 2010
- Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2010 – August 31st 2010
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2010 – November 12th 2010.
Concurrently, the Issuer shall not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2009 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2010, pursuant to Art. 102.1 and 101.2, respectively, of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
In addition, pursuant to Art. 83 sections 1 and 3 of the Directive, the Issuer reports that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports shall also include non-consolidated (separate) condensed financial statements. Hence, the Issuer will publish neither separate non-consolidated quarterly reports, nor a separate non-consolidated semi-annual report.

Art. 56.1.2 letter ‘a’ of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws – Dz.U.of 2005, No. 184, Item 1539, as amended), and in connection with Art. 103.1 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws – Dz.U.of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
