Schedule for Publication of Periodic Reports in 2015
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) hereby presents the schedule for publication of its periodic reports in 2015.
- Non-consolidated annual report for 2014 – 23 March 2015
- Consolidated annual report for 2014 – 23 March 2015
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2015 – 15 May 2015
- Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2015 – 31 August 2015
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2015 – 16 November 2015.
Concurrently, the Issuer shall not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2014 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2015, pursuant to Art. 102.1 and 101.2, respectively, of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
In addition, pursuant to Art. 83 sections 1 and 3 of the Directive, the Issuer reports that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports shall also include non-consolidated (separate) condensed financial statements. Hence, the Issuer will publish neither separate non-consolidated quarterly reports, nor a separate non-consolidated semi-annual report.

Art. 56.1.2 letter ‘a’ of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws – Dz.U.of 2005, No. 184, Item 1539, as amended), and in connection with Art. 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws – Dz.U.of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
