Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 85,289,660 shares, which as at 16/05/2024 entitled to exercise 27.71 per cent of voting rights and constituted 18.86 per cent of total vote.

Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 83,470,921, which as at 16/05/2024 entitled to exercise 27.12 per cent of voting rights and constituted 18.46 per cent of total vote.

Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 78,023,228 shares, which as at 16/05/2024 entitled to exercise 25.35 per cent of voting rights and constituted 17.25 per cent of total vote.
