The Management Board of LC Corp S.A., “the Issuer”, pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading System and on Public Companies, hereby presents a list of shareholders holding at least five per cent of vote at the Annual General Meeting of LC Corp S.A., convened on 13 June 2019.

1. AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY AVIVA SANTANDER
   Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 52,121,000 , which as at 13/06/2019 entitled to exercise 18.17 per cent of voting rights and constituted 11.65 per cent of total vote.
2. NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY
   Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 81,500,000 which as at 13/06/2019 entitled to exercise 28.42 per cent of voting rights and constituted 18.21 per cent of total vote.
3. OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ"
   Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 77,195,000, which as at 13/06/2019 entitled to exercise 26.92 per cent of voting rights and constituted 17.25 per cent of total vote.
4. AEGON OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY
   Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 30,546,601, which as at 13/06/2019 entitled to exercise 10.65 per cent of voting rights and constituted 6.82 per cent of total vote.
5. METLIFE OFE
   Number of votes attaching to shares held at the General Meeting: 34,000,000, which as at 13/06/2019 entitled to exercise 11.85 per cent of voting rights and constituted 7.60 per cent of total vote.
