The permission to use the investment Rezydencja Kaliska
On March 17, 2011 LC Corp Invest III Sp. z o. o. received the decision – permission to use the residential-commercial building constructed in the project “Rezydencja Kaliska”. The building is located in the Warsaw district of Ochota, on the border of the City Centre. The decision became final on April 4.
In the investment there are 94 unique apartments with living areas ranging from 40 to 269.7 m2 and 7 commercial units. They are situated in a building, which the lower part has 6 floors, while the higher – 10. On the top floors in both parts there are spacious duplex penthouses of surfaces from 193 to 269.7 m2.
The distinguishing feature of investment – beyond its ideal location and the functional layout of dwellings – is its unique atmosphere. To ensure that, in the corridors of the investment we prepared the gallery of pictures of the most interesting pictures of old Warsaw.
