The Management Board of DEVELIA S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that due to an immediate resignation from the Management Board of DEVELIA S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, handed in by Mr Dariusz Niedośpiał on 28 November 2019, who sat on the Management Board in his capacity as Member and President thereof, the Supervisory Board, at the meeting held on 28 November 2019, designated Mr Michał Hulbój to act as President of Management Board of DEVELIA S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, for a period from 28 November 2019 to 28 February 2020.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended) in connection with Section 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2018, item 757).
