Another plot of land in Wroclaw
On November 23, the company from the LC Corp Group bought the next parcel in Wroclaw.
It is located at the Potokowa street, in the neighborhood of Maślice Małe. It has the total area of 18.578 sq. m. On its part LC Corp will build multifamily buildings of 5.260 sq. m. floor area of flats. On the rest of the plot the local plan provides construction of single-family dwellings. The estimated total floor area of the investment is approximately 9,000 sq. m.
The project is currently at the concept phase. We assume to start the construction in the fall of 2011.
