Brand new project in Wroclaw!
On October 22nd, 2010 a company from the LC Corp Group bought the next plot in order to develop a brand new construction project in Wroclaw. The plot is located at the junction of Dróżnicza and Vivaldi Streets. Its area of nearly 1.2 ha is dedicated to develop two multifamily buildings. It is planned to provide there 176 flats together with the underground garage and the whole necessary infrastructure. This project expects 9 259,00 sq. m. of usable area (PUM). The project has already got the final construction permit and all the essential arrangements as well as the completed project and detailed design documentation.
The construction works begin in November 2010.
