Realisation of new investment started
On June 16th 2010 the General Cotractor of Miasteczko Zielony Złocień was officially introduced into the construction site. This opened the first stage of the first LC Corp`s housing project in Cracow.
The project anticipates building 120 flats in 3 separate buildings.
The area of flats will be between 37,82 and 81,05 m2; all flats will have own separate kitchens with natural light, all flats will have balconies or loggias. Completion of the project is scheduled for Q3 2011.
Areas of the flats and their prices meet the requirements of the government scheme “A home of family’s own” – (Rodzina na Swoim).
