With reference to Current Report No. 24/2019 of 13 June 2019 and Current Report No. 32/2019 of 2 September 2019, the Management Board of DEVELIA S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (GPW, the Warsaw Stock Exchange) in their communication released on 6 September 2019 announced that due to the change of the Issuer’s business name from LC Corp S.A. (PLLCCRP00017) to DEVELIA S.A., the Company’s shares would be quoted as from 10 September 2019 under an abbreviated name of “DEVELIA” and a designation of “DVL”.
