Change of Publication Date for 2018 Separate Annual Report and 2018 Consolidated Annual Report
Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
With reference to the Current Report no. 02/2019 and 9/2019 of 21 January 2019 and 14 March 2019 respectively, the Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that a date of publication of the Issuer’s separate annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year ending 2018 has been changed. The publication date for the aforesaid reports was originally fixed in the Current Report no. 02/2019 for 21/03/2019. Subsequently, another date of the publication of both reports was rescheduled for 30/04/2019 through the Current Report no. 9/2019. A new publication date for the Issuer’s reports for the 2018 financial year is 25 April 2019.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended) in connection with Section 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent.
