Change of Publication Date for H1 2021 Consolidated Semi-Annual Report
Legal basis: Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering- current and periodic information
With reference to the Current Report no. 2/2021 of 13 January 2021, the Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that the date of publication of the Issuer’s consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2021 has been changed. The publication date for the aforesaid report was originally fixed in the Current Report no. 2/2021 for 10 September 2021. A new date of publication of the report has been rescheduled for 8 September 2021.
Other publication dates for periodic reports in 2021 remain unchanged.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended) in connection with Section 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent.
