Change of the date for publication of annual report
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on public offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (hereinafter: the Company or the Issuer) informs that the separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2017, whose date of publication was set at 21 March 2018 (Current Report No. 5/2018 of 30 January 2018) will be published on 20 March 2018 (after the session).
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended), in connection with § 103.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
