Correction of Current Report No. 43/2021 of 05/08/2021
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of DEVELIA S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that the Current Report No. 43/2021, pertaining to the Issuer’s acquisition of real property located at al. Krakowska in Warsaw, contains an error in the total area of real property purchased by the Issuer. The report stated that “The total area of land property purchased under the transactions was 1.428 ha”, whereas the total area of land property purchased under the transactions is 0.7215 ha. The content of the current report has not been changed.
The Issuer’s Management Board provide the full text of the report after making the aforesaid correction:
The Management Board of DEVELIA S.A. (“the Issuer” inform that on 04/08/2021 the Company, as the Purchaser, entered into a sales agreement in the form of a notarial deed, under which the right of perpetual usufruct and ownership right to real properties located in Warsaw at Krakowska street, together with the right of ownership to the buildings erected thereon (“the Real Estate”) and other benefits set out in the agreement, were purchased from an entity which was not related to the Issuer. The total area of the land purchased under the transactions is 0.7215 ha. The price for the Real Estate amounted to PLN 58,000,000.00 net, plus VAT at a rate of 23 per cent, i.e. an amount of PLN 71,340,000.00 gross.
The Company intends to use the Real Estate for an investment project with approx. 315 residential premises. It is envisaged that sales for this investment project will commence in Q1 2022.
This report has been published due to the fact that the event in question is of relevance to the Company's business.
According to the Issuer, this Current Report constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the MAR.
