The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that with reference to Current Report No. 42/2012 of 1 June 2012 and 59/2012 of 11 July 2012, it received from BondSpot S.A. its Resolution No. 127/12, adopted on 17 July 2012 concerning the date set for the first listing on Catalyst alternative trading system of 650 (six hundred fifty) Series LCC002250515 bearer bonds of LC Corp SA, with a par value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand) each. The National Depository for Securities (KDPW S.A.) assigned the bonds the code PLLCCRP0041 as of 19 July 2012, and the last listing date was set for 13 May 2015, with the trading unit – 1 item, mandatory unit – 1 item, and the symbol – LCC0515.
