Election of Chair and Deputy Chair of Supervisory Board
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer” or “the Company”) hereby inform that the Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Section 6 of the Supervisory Board Rules, at the meeting held on 20/10/2020, elected the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board from among its members.
The duties of the Supervisory Board Chairman, after the vacancy in this office had been created due to a Board member’s resignation who acted in their capacity as Supervisory Board Chairman until 31/08/2020 (Current Report No. 38/2020 of 28/08/2020), were assigned to Mr Jacek Osowski, previously acting as Deputy Chair of the Board, whereas the duties of Board Deputy Chair were assigned to Mr Artur Osuchowski.
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of the Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC, 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
