Final Allotment of P2022A Series Bonds
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (the “Company”) – with reference to the Current Report No. 63/2022 of 15 December 2022 pertaining to the Company Management Board’s adoption of a resolution on the conditional allocation of 15,442 (say: fifteen thousand four hundred forty-two) P2022A series unsecured bonds having the nominal value of PLN 1,000 (say: one thousand zlotys) each and the total nominal value of PLN 15,442,000 (say: fifteen million four hundred forty-two thousand zlotys) (the “Bonds”) – inform that on 20 December 2022 they have learned of the final settlement of the Bonds by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland).
Accordingly, the Company informs that the Bonds were issued successfully.
Legal basis: Section 17(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent of 29 March 2018.
