Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies for 3 Quarters of 2019

The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by companies of the Develia Group for 3 quarters of 2019:
I. The three quarters of 2019 saw the sale of 928 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; for three quarters of 2018, it was 1,397 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, 249 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period were concluded.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be disclosed in the result for the three quarters of 2019 – 1,778 (three quarters of 2018 – 1,653).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
