Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies for 3 Quarters of 2020
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by companies of the Develia Group for 3 quarters of 2020:
I. The three quarters of 2020 saw the sale of 781 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; for three quarters of 2019, it was 928 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, Develia Group Companies entered into 308 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be disclosed in the result for the three quarters of 2020 – 746 (three quarters of 2019 – 1,778).
This information will be used for publications in the press.
