Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies for Three Quarters of 2022
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by companies of the Develia Group for three quarters of 2022:
I. The three quarters of 2022 saw the sale of 1,225 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy), and retail premises (for three quarters of 2021, it was 1,500 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, Develia Group Companies entered into 106 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be disclosed in the result for the three quarters of 2022 – 626 (three quarters of 2021 – 1,279).
